The panel will cover subjects such as the weakening of the USDA's regulations, recent controversies concerning organic dairy production and seafood labeling, and the emergence of local, sustainable farming as the new paradigm.
A tasting of local and organic foods coordinated by the Cleaver Company will follow the presentations.
