Over the last year, Oprah Winfrey has really flaunted her culinary chops. From releasing a cookbook and becoming the face of Weight Watchers to launching her own line of healthy comfort foods with Kraft Heinz, the star has proven her worth as both an experienced cook and a smart eater.

But her latest snacking obsession is going to shock you.

In an interview with New York Magazine's The Cut, Winfrey revealed that she recently discovered Auntie Anne's while on set for A Wrinkle in Time, where writer-producer-director Ava DuVernay introduced her to pretzel-wrapped hot dogs. "She'd never had one before, and now she loves them," the fashion and culture site notes.

These sweet and savory bites are perfect for on-the-go snacking. They're essentially pigs in a blanket taken to the next level, because they're layered with that iconic soft, buttery pretzel dough Auntie Anne's is known for. The coolest part is that you can order bite-sized pieces or an entire frank. You can even ask for them with cheese melted on top, or jalapeño slices for an extra kick. Either way, dipping them in mustard is the only way to go.

Still, I'm shocked Oprah would be as excited about this unlikely snack. To her credit, Auntie Anne's is essentially the beacon of hope at every mall and airport food court across America, and the entire menu smells like my dreams.

Someone should really introduce her to the cinnamon-sugar pretzel bites next.
