anyone got any ideas for a french inspired main dish that's vegetarian for valentine's day??
Is there a way to make my crystallized honey liquid again? Or at least usable?
Michelle of Montreal I usually put it into the microwave and go by seconds so the honey softens and does not melt
Elizabeth -- how about a gratin or some sort of ratatouille?
I need an AMAZING chocolate dessert. Something along the lines of a souffle perhaps? I am open to any suggestions. Anyone?
Alyssazor, What about individual molten cakelets? I developed a recipe for some, in my book. If you happen to be making just two (just a guess), you can pretty easily divide the recipe into thirds, to make two instead of six servings.
Sara, that sounds perfect! Thanks.
oooh ratatouille would be SO good.
Michelle of Montreal- I like to heat up a shallow saucepan of water and then set the honey container in the hot water to soften up. In general I'm not a fan of the microwave, hence my lo-tech method!
With Candida becoming a major problem in North America, I'm curious about some recipes that don't require sugar (even in many ways fruit), flour and yeasts.
We get together with a bunch of friends one evening of the week and I never know what to make for her so that there's some variety.
This one could be elementary, but what makes a cookie recipe come out flat? Cooked what was supposed to be dessert for tonight and the cookies came out completely flat and crispy. Any thoughts?
