I love tartines! And sandwich week! Seriously.
i don't know if i've ever had radishes, but that sandwich looks good enough to try!
This is inspiring! I think I might have to make a selection of these for dinner tonight. So far this year, my favorites have been these rich, cheesy "green tartines"--they'd be great with any kind of greens, but I like them as an excuse to use up my radish tops!
1 Peach and prosciutto + 8 mushroom and arugula are calling my name.
I'm about to cater a party and that picture with the prosciutto and peach just gave me an idea for a roast peach and ricotta with prosciutto crostini... they remind me alot of my prosciutto pizzettes Super delicious.
