Amber, a reader, started Weight Watchers around the first of the year. She is working on recipes that are both "low in points and still good." She's posted a couple on her blog, with photos.
Anyone else on the New Year weight-loss plan? No reason you can't still eat well. The best diet is cooking for yourself. There are scads of you here who believe the same thing - band together for support.
