We predicted that casseroles and other slow cooked meals will make a come back this year. If you're looking to do more one-pot cooking while adding some high-end shine to your slow cooked winter warmers, how about this slow cooker from All-Clad?
This Craigslist seller is offering the All-Clad slow cooker for $100. This model comes with a timer that will cook for a set period of time and then move to keep warm mode. Pretty handy if you get stuck late at the office. Any Kitchn readers own this high end slow cooker?

Fixed now! Thanks for pointing it out, jblue.
I wonder how much better it is compared to a cheaper slow cooker... My own is from the 70s and about as low tech as you can get: Off, Low, High. I read somewhere that newer cookers are hotter than older ones, so maybe I should hang onto this brown eyesore for as long as it works. ;)
Kind of on the subject...I saw pressure cookers for under $40 at Ross yesterday. Not as nice as this, but I'm sure they'll cook beans in half an hour!
