How's about something sweet and happy to start off your Monday? Like Nutella! Like thirty awesome recipes made with Nutella! Like the cutest little book ever! Ok, that was a lot of excitement for pre-coffee. But still... Nutella!
• Who wrote it: Ferrero
• Who published it: Jacquie Small
• Number of recipes: 30
• Recipes for right now: Nutella and Coconut Coulants, Banana and Nutella Tartlets, Nutella Mousse, Caramel Cream Nutella Lollies, Nutella Clusters, Nutella Truffles
• Other highlights: This is just a fun little book with recipes highlighting our favorite chocolate-hazelnut spread, clean and simple. The recipes run the gamut from expected (mousse! milkshakes!) to quite inventive (lollipops?! panna cotta?!). They are all easy and approachable with ingredients given in both volume and weight.
I think we all know someone who has a soft spot for Nutella, and I can think of no better way than making their day a little brighter than by making them something from this book. Or better yet, giving them a copy of their own.
• Who would enjoy this book? Anyone who could use a few more excuses to keep a jar of Nutella in the house.
