During August, if you're like me, you try to sneak as many tomatoes as you can into various meals. It's not hard to eat tomatoes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even drinks (helllooo Bloody Mary), but it can be a little tricky when it comes to sneaking tomatoes into dessert. This decadent cheesecake with fresh tomatoes, however, is just the thing I want this month.
