OMG!!!! My Christmas shopping is done, thanks to you. Everyone is getting one of these!! Drooooool.
Yay! Thanks for a list of all the fabulous g-free ideas/recipes! I appreciate The Kitchn remembering those of us who have allergies (and not just this post, but all the time!) :)
@Trish1980 I made it several weeks ahead last year and it was fine. The key, though, is to keep it in a very airtight container; you really don't want moisture creeping in.
Thank you so much for this post! Just like lex, I so appreciate the kitchn taking time for food allergies. I've got to make those peppermint patties soon!
I did a double take when I saw bibingka in the title! I always have to cheer when I see Filipino food in the spotlight. =) I'm happy to see a chewy nougat recipe, too. Some recipes I've tried make a hard, crunchy nougat--eep!
Three more to add to your list from a great blogger (not me!) on this topic - Healthy Apple.

I too appreciate AT/TK including those with allergies/intolerances. I did notice the Chocolate Whisky Pot de Creme...which looks awesome but many celiacs (not sure how it is with those with just intolerance or allergy) cannot handle the barley (even though distilled) in whiskey. So just a note there.
