This recipe uses a smart store-bought shortcut to make things easier on you: frozen phyllo shells. Just let the shells thaw completely and then add the baklava filling.
The filling is a twist on traditional baklava, with butter; brown sugar; chopped walnuts, pistachios, and pecans; crushed pretzels; and honey. Once the phyllo cups are filled, you top them with a drizzle of "magic shell" (dark chocolate melted with coconut oil) and coconut flakes.
The result is a crispy-crunchy-gooey-sweet-salty masterpiece.
