Hello & welcome! Looking forward to reading your posts - and hearing about your upcoming bread baking experiences. ; )
I've never tried no-knead bread, either--no Dutch oven, yet! And I'm coveting at KA ice cream maker attachment and agree that ice cream is always good, no matter how cold out! Maybe there will be posts on seasonal ice creams in our future? ;)
