More than just a slew of tips or things we already knew, Easy Eats makes gluten-free eating seem fun! We love the roundup of gluten-free Halloweeen candy and reviews of different types of gluten-free bread.
Started by Silvana Nardone, a cookbook author and former bakery owner, the magazine appeals to those just getting their first taste of gluten-free cooking and those who are approaching expert level. Silvana was inspired to start the venture in part to share her trials and tribulations of cooking for her two children, both of whom were diagnosed with an intolerance to gluten. Recipes are a good mix of things usually difficult to attain in cooking without gluten (crunchy, crisp) as well as meals that are by nature gluten-free.
