New Color from Le Creuset: Dijon Yellow

Along with the new, beautiful colors from France we saw at the Housewares show last week, there was this Dijon yellow from Le Creuset. Is it really new, though? Have you seen yellow from Le Creuset before this? More below...

This color is certainly very cheery and mustard-y as its Dijon color name implies. We like the brightness and warmth; the booth was gleaming from two rows away! Yellow was a big color. We predict that the popularity of yellow and grey in home and fashion is making its way into the kitchen as well.

We also like, however, the figue and eggplant shades we saw at Emile Henry and the stunning new titanium finish from Staub.

What do you think about this Le Creuset color? Do you like it? What colors do you own now, and which are your favorites?
