Grilling Month here at The Kitchn, but we've heard from a lot of you that you just can't grill where you live. It's hard to grill when you have no outdoor space for a grill! So we've talked about grill pans and the broiler, imitating that fresh-grilled taste inside. Here's one more option for you diehard apartment grillers: the All-Clad electric indoor grill.
Seeing this pan reminded us being at the Housewares Show. Every time we walked by the All-Clad booth smells of sizzling meat would waft by us - very tantalizing! This countertop electric grill is exclusive to Williams-Sonoma. It is made of stainless steel and has temperature settings from 180°F to 480°F, allowing you to regulate heat from warming to a sear. Each heating element is controlled separately, so you can simultaneously grill foods that require different heat levels, like steaks and seafood. The cook surfaces are nonstick and the drip drawer is dishwasher-safe. A cleaning brush is included. We think this is handsome and very practical for small kitchens with small stoves, or for cooks who really like to cook by grilling. And the price tag is really not bad for an All-Clad product. • All-Clad Electric Indoor Grill, $299.95 at Williams-Sonoma Related: On the Pros and Cons of Grill Pans
