This warming salad is great for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. It's made with only a handful of ingredients — Delicata squash, Brussels sprouts, parsley, and hazelnuts — so it comes together rather easily. Not a big leafy green in sight. It's thrown in the oven to bake and then lightly dressed with cider vinegar to freshen the dish before serving.

The recipe only requires a bit of prep time and about 40 minutes in the oven. It's a great addition to any table – especially for Thanksgiving!
