- The Oregonian bakes up oatmeal cookies for every meal of the day (pictured). Time for Breakfast Oatmeal Cookies combine rolled oats with Grape Nuts and bran cereal, whole wheat flour, almonds, dates, raisins and orange zest. Sold! Also, Oatmeal Lemon Sugar Cookies.
- The Chicago Sun-Times says more chefs are including breakfast items on dinner menus. Not really a new concept for home cooks, but the recipes look pretty tasty nonetheless: Spicy Fried Eggs on Chipotle Cream Tortillas with Salsa Ranchero and Brown Sugar Granola Frutini.
- Like sliders? The Seattle Times suggests making them with tilapia.
- The Boston Globe profiles Delaware's Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, makers of the popular 60- and 90-Minute IPAs and other tasty brews.
