20 Cooks, 20 Knives: This month, we're taking a close look at a chef's most important tool: his knife. We asked 20 cooks, amateurs and professionals, to share their favorite knives and the stories behind them. While chef's knives are featured prominently, no two are exactly alike, and there are also a few surprises.
Caden enjoys cooking and always jumps at the chance to help in the kitchen. Last year he received a set of plastic children's knives as a Christmas gift. They've proven to be very useful, allowing Caden to easily and safely help chop vegetables and prepare meals. Thankfully his knives came in a set of three, so he can share with his older sister and younger brothers, if needed.
