We've had the Rosle shaker for years: very nice. But the one we've been using lately is this one because it is very well balanced and because it small size means you can use less ice:

It's not cheap, but it feels wonderful in your hand. We have five other shakers, all of different types, that we no longer use because the cobbler shaker is so darn good.
go to your local kitchen/bar supply store (googlemaps kitchen supply) and pick up a boston shaker for under $10. Its what every bar uses. You will never go back.
