Yesterday's post about Rachael Ray got readers all steamed up.
It brings up an interesting question that I'm sure we can all tackle with passion, and bring a positive light to this whole argument.
The task for today is: name the people in food you find influential, and give us a few words (no more than 20!) on why.
(Example: "Julia Child - because she joyfully brought us French technique, made us laugh, and encouraged us to get our hands deep into food.")
