I do love the combination of chick peas and spinach. I can't wait to make that! Also part of my family is from North Africa, so those flavors are very familiar to me. Yummy!
Smitten kitchen has this lovely recipe of spinach and chickpeas. It's oh so good and even my son would gobble 'em up (and he's pretty picky eater).
I made the Moroccan Spinach And Chickpeas last night and it was yummy! and enough left for dinner tonight too!
I made the chickpeas + spinach dish last night, and it came out great. 'Had the leftovers for lunch, although I think it tastes a bit better when it's fresh :)
So good! I did not expect to like it so much. It was very comforting and one of the best recipes I have made in a while.
