I'm in a breakfast rut. Sometimes I turn to a handful of granola or a banana in the morning, other times I make a simple batch of scrambled eggs. Either way, I'm bored with my morning routine, and this roasted fig and honey millet porridge has me dreaming of a brighter future.
The millet is cooked in a mixture of coconut oil, ground ginger, and almond milk before being topped with roasted figs, pistachios, and a drizzle of honey. If that isn't reason to jump out of bed in the morning, I don't know how to help you.
