More Lemon-Roasted Chicken from Martha Stewart

Lots of you chimed in yesterday on our quest to make the perfect lemony roasted chicken. Well guess what, Martha Stewart added her own bit yesterday on her morning show.

She adapted Lemon-Roasted Chicken with Arugula Salad and Dilled Orzo from Everyday Food.

Some things we learned from the show: it's OK to use dried dill in the winter, Martha says. We look for fresh whenever we can because we really don't like the taste of dried dill, compared to fresh, but perhaps it makes less difference in this recipe.

Also, she roasted lemon quarters with the cut-up chicken; we often forget about roasting cut-up chicken! It's so much faster than a whole bird.
