Make Adorable Frozen Yogurt Bites with a Mini Bundt Pan

I love it when I find smart ideas for otherwise one-use pans. The latest? Those sweet and pretty mini bundt pans, good for cooking up tiny tea cakes and not much else. But wait — how about mini ice cream bites? Oh yes please.

These teeny little bites of frozen yogurt, made without an ice cream machine, are from a blogger based in Heidelberg. She made frozen yogurt out of buttermilk, yogurt, and blackberries, and froze it (you can use an ice cream maker, or not —she gives both methods). Then she froze the yogurt again in cute little bundt molds.

Such a sweet and light dessert for the end of summer! Have you ever made anything like this?

Also, just for the record, I'd make these in this Petit Fours Pan from Nordic Ware, or this one that makes mini bundt shapes... So cute.
