The opening picture looks scrumptious! What is that exactly? It gives the impression of pancakes with banana custard and blueberries, but I'm not actually certain....
I believe that's the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes With Warm Blueberry Compote from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. It has layers of lemon curd in between the pancakes. The recipe is featured in that first link.
