An Oatmeal Tip from Bob Himself

Does that face look familiar? If you've ever bought a package of Bob's Red Mill specialty flour or grains, it should. That's Bob, who the natural foods company was named for, and you've likely seen his smile each time you've shopped the baking aisle at your specialty grocery store.

The 86-year-old Bob Moore recently stopped by the Bon Appétit offices, and they got a peek at the man in the red jacket.

So what did we learn from the interview? First, Bob Moore makes his overnight oats in a Thermos. That way they are still warm enough to eat when he gets up in the morning. Genius!
