When Marjorie's Hollywood kitchen appeared on my computer screen, I didn't know where my eye should move first. The copper pans? The ornate chandelier? The jaw-dropping 1945 O'Keefe and Merritt six burner, double oven, double broiler beauty? (Whew! That's a mouthful!) It's a visual feast, clearly inspired by Marjorie's extensive travels to France, England, Italy, and Greece.
She says her style is "completely uninhibited" and her inspiration "classical in nature, but brought into our times through the use of colors and unexpected materials." It may not be your style (ultimately, it's not mine), but it's still a joy to view. Did you catch the bug lampshade?
