A family-owned Vermont maple farm, Slopeside Syrup, is betting on maple syrup being the next big thing for athletes in need of a quick energy boost.
The company launched packets of 100 percent maple syrup on Indiegogo last year, and they are now available for purchase for $1.99 a pouch. While it might be a more natural option, we're betting there's still a sugar crash at the end of the energy boost.
