We're very happy eating yogurt as is, topped with a little honey and fruit. But it's perfect for dips when you want the creaminess that goes so well with crunchy vegetables without the heaviness and calories of mayonnaise or sour cream.
This recipe comes from Chez Pim, and it combines tangy yogurt with honey, curry powder, and fennel frond. Sounds different and delicious.
Pim recommends thinning it out with a bit of milk if you are using extra thick, Greek yogurt.
