Are you looking for a Valentine's Day snack that's as easy on the hips as it is to make? Orange and chocolate is a classic combination, but this version has a grown up twist. Can you guess what it is?
We stopped in to check on Mike over at Verses from my Kitchen where there's always beautiful food happening. This clementine snack would be great for the upcoming romantic holiday and it is an easy one to make.
Mike dips each clementine segment halfway into tempered chocolate and then sprinkles with salt and red chili flakes. It's a little spicy kick without making your mouth burn and is countered by the juicy clementine below. These would make for a great gift for your your family or even co-workers as they travel with ease!

Thanks for the love! I still love that snack, although I wish I had an updated photo of it from recent days. Cheers!
Recommendations on type of chocolate to use? I am assuming my remaining bar of Ghirardelli 70% Bittersweet Cocoa won't be good, but I'd love to try this recipe!
I know what I'm bring to my next team meeting at work! Everyone will be so impressed!!
