Thank you. Love, love, LOVE Indian food!
You had a link a few months ago to an amazing, bright-tumeric-yellow, cabbage & yogurt dish. I just about lived on it during the height of cabbage season.
Found it:

I absolutely adore indian style food. Tikki Masala is my favorite that I get from this indian restaurant down the street. To be able to make some of this stuff from my own kitchen would be a dream.
Indian foods vary from region to region, and I have fallen in love with its Southern-style. http://7th-taste.com/2011/02/21/indian-coconut-prawns-with-alsatian-gewurtzraminer/
Please can we stop referring to all this food as Indian? There is a country bordering India called Pakistan where the most amazing curries and kebabs are cooked and eaten daily. I love Indian dishes and have many Indian frends so this post is not meant to discriminate but please can we stop putting all curries under the 'Indian' banner and give credit to other countries that have curry on their daily, national menu? Pakistan, as mentioned, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and so on.
Here's a video of me and my dad making chapati that many of my friends have learned how to make it from: http://abcdsofcooking.blogspot.com/2011/10/cooking-video-with-my-dad_14.html
