Magical Bread: Liz Bakes No-Knead Bread in a Hurry

We were flattered and so happy to see these great results from our No-Knead Bread in a Hurry recipe adaptation. Liz, also known as Pocketfarm at Flickr, tried a loaf and here's what she says:
I'm late to get on most bandwagons, and just made my first loaf of no-knead bread a couple of weeks ago, using this technique. I tried it again yesterday with half whole wheat, and it's even better. Seriously, great bread with no kneading?? It's magic!

I know kneading is good for stress relief and all that, but this is fabulous bread with very little effort. There's definitely room for all kinds of bread in my life.

Thanks for the shoutout, Liz! Go see all her beautiful photos of food and farming at her Flickr account. Also check out her Pocketfarm Etsy shop with its beautiful handspun yarn.
