We've discussed how you brew your coffee and how coffee's flavor is affected by where it comes from. But what do you do with your coffee after it's brewed?
We drink ours black, most of the time, but sometimes we lighten it up at night or with dessert - always with cream. When it comes to lighter coffee, we believe quite firmly that milk is for tea and cream is for coffee.
What about you? Do you like flavored creamers or frothed milk? Brown sugar for warmth or vanilla sugar for flavor?

I drink mine with milk. I don't like the texture added by cream or half-and-half, but a little whole or 2% milk is nice.
Skim milk and Splenda
It depends on brew method. Toddy and other methods which remove a lot of the acid, I drink black. French press, I drink with milk (or cream or half and half, whatever is handy). Drip coffee from the office kitchen, I doctor up with both milk and sugar.
Just a bit of milk is added in my coffee.
Still can't vote: I'm logged in, but the vote button is inactive. Deleted the cookies, too. I drink mine black.
Actually, I take cream and sweet n lo. It's weird, now that I've switched to artificial sweeteners, I can't stand coffee sweetened with just sugar (or Splenda, for that matter)
with milk.
Double double (two sugars, two creams). It's practically a Canadian institution.
Black. Sometimes, I'll add milk if it's a flavored coffee...or if it's Starbucks and therefore tastes horrible without some doctoring.
I absolutely cannot stand sugar in my coffee or tea.
Melinda, you got it right! Skim milk and splenda... before I quit!! I don't really miss drinking coffee, though I totally cheat with having put some in my flan last week. It was really good I have to say! :)
