Loving: Clementines

In the middle of all the chocolate and baking madness, the thing we are enjoying most right now are sweet, sweet clementines. We love how their thin jackets just pop off to reveal child-size slices of orange goodness.

We've considered making Clementine Cake or Clementine Clafoutis and we may get around to each eventually, but right now we're just enjoying the sweet fruit, cold from the fridge.
