Yes, the good stuff costs a pretty penny, but the rich taste and nutrients make the cost so worth it from time to time. Here's one easy salmon supper we just noticed, and it has us wishing we had a piece of salmon ready for dinner tonight!
This just looks delicious. It pairs a nutty, refreshing brown rice salad made with onion and chopped nuts with avocado and a slab of salmon. It's a quick and incredibly healthy dinner — yummy, too.
