There could be a leprechaun and a pot of gold hiding underneath our kitchen sink, and we'd never know it, given all the things balanced precariously around the drain pipe under there. Which is why we love the idea of these adjustable shelves.
The shelves slide back and forth, so you can click them into place around the pipe or garbage disposal, using as many or as few as you need. They make more of the under-sink area usable space, since you aren't limited to setting things on the bottom of the cabinet.
And if you have a few tall bottles, you can move the upper shelves to make room for them. That's harder to do with a regular, fixed shelf.

What do you think? Do you have any other ideas for keeping the under-sink area more organized?

Neat!
I have two wire baskets that slide out on tracks screwed into the bottom of the cabinet. Since my sink pipe is attached directly in the center, there was room on both sides for basket. With the baskets, I don't have to reach in and around things, just slide the whole contraption out.
I have this and it sucks. I bought it at Canadian Tire, so it may not be the same model, but it's the exact same design. It's totally wobbly and unstable and almost useless.
I have this and I love it! I'm sorry Lydiafizz is having trouble with hers, but mine is terrific. Makes my dark pit under the sink suddenly manageable.
Genius! I would totally buy this but my trash can is under the sink.
Good to know, Lydiafizz. I was wondering about the quality / stability because it looks weird. Too bad.

That is a genius idea!
I agree with Hannah G; I've had one of these for years and it works great. I think I got it from the Home Trends catalog.
Love it! I keep my saucepans under the sink (I figure I might as well have one really horrible cupboard than two relatively unpleasant ones! I have only recently discovered plate stands (how did I not think of them before) and have created a similar set-up to great effect. Can now find the pots and pans without having to practically climb into the cupboard as well...
