One of our favorite dishes this winter has been a recipe for pumpkin casserole that we brought back from France. So this actual pumpkin casserole really caught us!

This dish holds about 2 quarts, and it's microwave and oven safe.

We think our cabbage casseroles and pot beans would look awfully pretty in this as we work on eating light this month.
