Organization is always easier when someone gets a big head-start on it for you. Such is the case with these pretty labels that will help you organize your dry goods and spices.
Kristine at the blog The Painted Hive has designed sweet decals that you can print right from home! The labels cover everything from coffee to spaghetti to self-rising flour.

While they're a snap to print and will create nice unifromity in your pantry, there are a few supplies you'll need to get started:
• Mason jars you like
• Inexpensive laminator (Kristine from The Painted Hive mentions that you should be able to come across one for around $20).
• Magic Photo Transfer Paper, available on eBay or in craft shops
After printing these off at home, they'll be quite durable and even dishwasher safe! Sure, it is a bit of a project in the sense that there are a few things to pick up, but if you love the look of pretty, uniform pantry labels, it may be worth the investment. Happy organizing!

Red-and-Pink-Stripe...

I don't like labels on storage containers in general, but I'm digging these for sure. They're probably the cleanest ones I've seen.
ouch... looks like you spelled her name wrong!
Tres cute idea though, I've been looking for something like this!
I LOVE this idea. Been looking for invisible labels for a while... Just might need to see if I can actually use these ones.
@SLIGHTLY... thanks! Fixed.
I'd been trying to come up with a 'house label' for awhile, I even tried chalkboard paint but writing on a curved surface just didn't give the look I wanted, I really really like this label.
Avery used to sell clear, 8x11" sized printable labels. I don't know if they still do, but they sure are handy!
On glass I find a sharpie to be incredibly useful. It washes off with soap and a little scrubbing (or rubbing alcohol) and you can write whatever you want on the jars! Only thing is then you have to have good handwriting and they will rub off with lots of handling.
Thumbs up!
These labels are super cute. I can't help thinking though, how annoying it would be to get flour or sugar out of jars that narrow.
We've been using a label maker and the clear ribbon to label our jars for a few years now. This is a HUGE step up, looks great. I'm on the hunt for a laminator now.
