Take a look at this very unusual ice cream "cone". Guess what's inside!?
Yes, it's a cone made out of white bread, rolled up then toasted or dried, and insulated with peanut butter. A good scoop of ice cream (Strawberry? Grape?) rounds it out.
It's like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but with ice cream. Come on, how great is that?

Cool idea, and I'm sure it's delicious, although I haven't quite figured out how.
interesting... but I think I'd rather have a PB&J sandwich and a regular ice cream cone & ice cream :)
That is great! I must try that for the neighborhood kids at the next pool party. Reminds me of a PB&J pie that I make from time to time. Crumb crust that includes peanuts and peanut butter, banana cream layer, strawberries on top. Even adults seem to like it.
i would totally do this with a regular sugar cone and put the pb right inside yum
yea agree with lexinchicago. cute concept, but I don't seek out dried up white bread and peanut butter like i would a good ice cream cone.
Reminds me of what we gave our 2.5 yr old daughter last night when she was screaming for ice cream but had none in the house; we gave her a cone with peanut butter smeared inside. She was happy as a clam at high tide.
Well, ok. As long as the ice cream is chocolate. Nothing better in the world than pb&j with chocolate milk.
