Last week we talked about why cabbage is awesome. Here's one more way to enjoy this underappreciated winter vegetable: as crispy, oven-baked chips!
The recipe, from this month's Bon Appetit, is a variation on the usual kale chips, made with beautifully crinkled Savoy cabbage leaves baked slowly in a low oven until crisp. The big, dark leaves would make a striking party snack or unusual side dish for lunch or dinner.
Of course, kale and cabbage aren't the only greens that can be turned into chips. Earlier this year we shared 7 more leafy greens that can be turned into chips.• Get the recipe: Savoy Cabbage Chips at Bon Appetit
