We saw this cute preparation of the Italian classic caprese salad and couldn't help but share it. As you may be able to guess, these so-called magic mushrooms have a secret!

These look just like mushrooms but they are formed using the classic elements of a caprese salad: mozzarella bases, basil greenery, and cherry tomato caps. We can't wait to try them out at our next summer party!
