We came across these beautiful hand-painted sushi cookies made by Philadelphia pastry artist Zoe Lukas.

She creates these with food-grade paint, sugar, and royal icing. We even love the vanilla sprinkle "rice!" The cookies look very realistic, especially the shrimp. They're almost too pretty to eat.
