Season the kale with salt, pepper, a bit of olive oil, and a splash of water to keep it from burning on the grill. Keep the greens on the grill until they're slightly charred, toss with a yogurt mint dressing and throw in some freshly roasted hazelnuts — doesn't that sound great?
