
We just received our September issue of Gourmet and couldn't wait for the weekly roundup to show this Rum Coconut Cake. Look at its dramatic yet simple topping of shaved, toasted fresh coconut slices, curled and piled in a heap on top of the cake. We want to try it. Check it out!
