S'mores are the classic summer campfire dessert. The components, when eaten together, are a little bite of perfection: gooey marshmallow, crisp graham cracker and warm chocolate. What could be better? How about throwing a little bacon into the mix!Last week, CHOW ran a story on 7 Ideas for Campfire Treats and they took the s'more to a whole other level by adding everyone's favorite pork product: bacon. A little bit salty, a little bit smoky—we think this could just be an excuse to try camping in the backyard this weekend with ample chocolate bars and graham crackers.
