In our tradition we have Easter breakfast as an important meal of the day. We share the red eggs and also we have this very dense soda bread that has a bit of grappa in it for flavour. We also have feta cheese with it and also spring garlic - which is sooo aromatic. I was terribly happy to find spring garlic this year at the farmer's market, because usually they come two weeks after easter. I felt like I found gold.
