Ana says... In our tradition we have Easter breakfast as an important meal of the day. We share the red eggs and also we have this very dense soda bread that has a bit of grappa in it for flavour. We also have feta cheese with it and also spring garlic - which is sooo aromatic. I was terribly happy to find spring garlic this year at the farmer's market, because usually they come two weeks after easter. I felt like I found gold. It certainly looks that way, Ana!
