We first spotted Michele Varian's New York City loft kitchen a few years ago in this Apartment Therapy House Tour, so it was a pleasure to see it pop up again recently on Anthology magazine's blog. It looks like Michele still has her bright blue painted wall in her corner kitchen, along with a bevy of collected curios and vintage accessories.
if you can believe it, the floating shelves are IKEA that she stained herself, and the countertops are actually made of multiple pieces of wood made to look like a single slab of old oak.
I think the color is unique and striking against the dark wood. What do you think of going this blue in the kitchen?

Can we get the name of this blue paint?
I think it's bold and beautiful. I just saw the house tour. It's not my style, but it would be a house that I'd love to visit over and over :).
love it! Blue is my favorite color, though.
