What do you think about using an industrial restaurant-style dish rack in your kitchen? The tubs in this rack aren't holding dirty dishes, however, as they might be in a restaurant; rather, they're being used to hold pantry staples (check out the jars in the bottom tub), wine glasses, and plates—just like a regular shelf! Do you like the look?

I love this look.
Looks great, except I would be the kind of person to try and pull out that top rack and the glasses would go "crack"
It reminds me too much of school cafeterias, those thingies for putting your used tray in...
I love the "industrial" "commercial" look.
I would have this in my kitchen in a heartbeat if they weren't so expensive here.
The only thing I would change with that unit would be to have locking wheels on the thing.
I am also envious of the salamander next to it. One of those is on my wish list.
I like it. It's clever and practical.
Instead of deep pans, I would use flat baking sheets and store canned goods, etc... not glassware.
Having actually worked in an industrial kitchen....absolutely not.
Separating home and work is important.
I love this idea! Especially for small kitchens without enough pantry space
I love the industrial look, but this does not do it for me.
Like another commenter noted, looks too much like a dirty cafeteria tray rack holder. Plus those little platforms above the wheels look like they would collect all kinds of kitchen crud that would be difficult to clean.
If it's next to your stove, you could proof bread. It's like extra counter space. I worked in a bake shop that really counted on our racks. Plate up 40 pieces of cake at a time! If you had a larger kitchen, you could store it in the pantry and use it to lug your mixer and blender to different spots. I've also worked in a library and would like a book cart, so maybe I just like wheels.
