Induction cooking is a fascinating idea, and ever since we answered this reader question on What Is Induction Cooking? we've wanted to try out an induction cooktop. We just saw this new model, and it looks too cool to be true...

There are no knobs, dials, or buttons on this Siemens touchSlider Cooktop. Instead there is just one long bar that adjusts the heat as you slide your finger along its touchpad.
