We love a good potluck, but having one at the office can definitely pose some issues. Unless your office kitchen is fully equipped or you're ok lugging in your slow-cooker, hot dishes are out. The fridge also fills quickly, so dishes that don't have to be refrigerated are best. Here are a few ideas for office potluck dishes - what are yours?
No Refrigeration Required - When fridge space is at a premium
• Pretzel Bites with Mustard Dipping Sauce
• Walnut Bread - especially when shaped into dinner rolls
• Sticky Lemon Rolls with Cream Cheese Glaze
• Vegan Chocolate Ginger Orange Cupcakes
• Gooey Chewy Graham Cracker Bars
Easy to Transport - Light and compact recipes for those of us commuting by bus or train
• Vietnamese Spring Rolls
• Chewy Chocolate Cookie
• Stuffed Figs with Honey Balsamic Syrup
• Creamy Lime and Coconut Truffle Bites
• Homemade Cheese Crackers
The Works - For those who have a full kitchen, ample fridge space, or can bring in a slow-cooker
• Foil-Baked Feta
• Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites with Spicy Sour Cream Dipping Sauce
• Slow Cooked Hoisin Pork Wraps
• Lighter Mac and Cheese Casserole
• Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups

LOVE this!!! I am always looking for a new dish to bring to office potlucks and I appreciate the catergories, especially catergory 2!
I WISH my office did potlucks..
I would love it.
I made some peanut noodles for an office potluck a few weeks ago and they were a huge hit! I doubled the Smitten Kitchen recipe and added lots of veggies.
hah, I just made a massive chocolate mousse cake for our potluck last week. I am one of the first people here in the morning so I could hog the fridge! (no one complained)
I brought in shahi paneer and rice which was a hit:

I've had the same job for 11 years now. When I deviate from my usual dish, people complain....so I lug in my crock pot full of navy bean soup, loaded with peeled celery and diced tomato. I'm very impressed with my bean soup, too!!! I make it all the time.
