What a lovely, seasonal touch for a salad or appetizer plate! We bookmarked this idea months ago and are excited that autumn has finally arrived so we can give it a try. Shown in Martha Stewart Weddings, these savory crisps are made from wonton wrappers cut with leaf-shaped cookie cutters and seasoned with Parmesan cheese and herbs. Of course, you could use a different cookie cutter shape and make them in any season, but the delicate, golden look and texture seem particularly appropriate for autumn leaves.
